When a job opportunity took us nearly 200 miles from Albany, we needed to put our house on the market, with the hope of a relatively quick sale. Having met Dave Pautsch a couple years prior, and recognizing his knowledge of and enthusiasm for real estate, it was an easy choice to select him as our realtor. Thankfully, Dave handled everything that came at us like the true professional that he is. When people talk about real estate, it's usually all about the financial aspects. But I think anybody with recent experience would tell you that it's as much an emotional experience as it is a monetary exchange. Dave's level headedness and easy going nature helped this bag of nerves stay sane the whole time - and that is no small feat - just ask my wife.
In the end, we sold our home within the time period that we desired, with a financial outcome that we're quite happy with. Dave's thoroughness, thoughtfulness, and integrity were obvious from start to finish. Hearing Dave talk about real estate, I always assumed that his clients were well served.
